Live sessions are available in 90 minute increments. A session may include the Energetic Work and Life Coaching of a virtual session, but may also include other hands-on bodywork, from ESSE, any of the Access Body processes, and more. I am available for live sessions in the Vancouver, British Columbia area, or in-person at other events around the world.

3 and 5 session packages are also available.

Life Coaching Sessions employ the world changing tools and techniques of Access Consciousness®,Through verbal processing and facilitation, clients are invited to become more aware of the choices they are presently making, and what else is possible to create the lives they truly desire. Offered as day or monthly options.

One Month Coaching Progam Details

The One Month Package includes the following:

• 1 x intake and orientation session (in-person or via Zoom)

• 3 x 60 minute personal coaching session (in-person or via Zoom)

• 1 x 30 minute Laser Facilitation coaching session via Zoom

• 1 month of email support to enhance coaching

• Weekly exercises, homework and insights customized to client

Investment: $800

Three Month Coaching Progam Details

The Three Month Package includes the following:

• 1 x intake and orientation session (in-person or via Zoom)

• A total of 11 x 60 minute personal coaching sessions (in-person or via Zoom)

• A total of 9 x 10 minute Laser Facilitation coaching sessions via Zoom

• 3 months of email support to enhance coaching

• Weekly exercises, homework and insights customized to client

Investment: $3750

Six Month Coaching Progam Details

The Six Month Package includes the following:

• 1 x intake and orientation session (in-person or via Zoom)

• A total of 23 x 60 minute personal coaching sessions (in-person or via Zoom)

• Unlimited Laser Facilitation coaching sessions via Zoom

• 6 months of email support to enhance coaching

• Weekly exercises, homework and insights customized to client

Virtual sessions can be booked in 15, 30, or 60 minute increments.
